Our leadership has built and managed sales and marketing teams of thousands. We generate our own leads in-house, which means our agents spend their time in front of interested prospects instead of chasing cold lists.
We are not filling seats. We are building a team, and we invest accordingly.
Position Overview
We are hiring Licensed Life Insurance Agents for our on-site sales floor in Hollywood, FL. You will work company-provided leads, conduct consultations with prospective clients, and recommend the coverage that actually fits their situation and budget.
Every experience level is welcome. If you are an established producer looking for better lead flow and a bigger platform, you will find both here. If you are newly licensed, you will be trained properly from day one rather than handed a phone list and left to figure it out.
The only hard requirement is an active life insurance license and the willingness to put in the work.
What You Will Do
Work company-provided leads through phone, video, and in-person consultations
Conduct needs analyses to understand each client's income, dependents, budget, and coverage goals
Manage your pipeline and activity in our CRM with accurate, current notes
Maintain consistent daily activity standards for dials, appointments, and presentations
Service existing clients on policy questions, beneficiary updates, and annual reviews
Follow all state insurance regulations, carrier guidelines, and company compliance standards
Requirements
Active life insurance license
Ability to work full-time on-site in Hollywood, FL (this is not a remote or hybrid role)
Coachable, willing to follow a proven process
Self-motivated and able to sustain activity without being pushed
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer proficiency (CRM, email, e-application platforms)
Nice to Have
Prior life insurance sales experience at any level
Background in the life insurance industry
