Our leadership has built and managed sales and marketing teams of thousands. We generate our own leads in-house, which means our agents spend their time in front of interested prospects instead of chasing cold lists.

We are not filling seats. We are building a team, and we invest accordingly.

Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Recruiting Coordinator to join our on-site team in Hollywood, FL. In this role, your daily focus will be engaging with prospects for our Licensed Life Insurance Agent post, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial evaluations to help build our high-performing sales team.

We are seeking motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are focused on driven results. Experience in recruitment is not required, but experience in sales is a definite plus.

If you are a strong communicator with a background in sales or customer-facing roles and want to transition into talent acquisition, we will train you on our candidate selection process.

What You Will Do

• Engage in daily outreach and hold high-volume conversations with prospective candidates for our Licensed Life Insurance Agent role
• Schedule and conduct phone screenings and initial interviews with candidate prospects
• Guide qualified candidates through our interview pipeline efficiently and professionally
• Evaluate candidate fit based on role requirements, communication skills, and motivation
• Track recruiting metrics and daily activity goals (outreach volume, interviews scheduled, interviews conducted, candidates passed to sales leadership)
• Maintain candidate records and pipeline stages in our recruitment tracking system
• Partner with hiring managers and sales leadership to align candidate sourcing with floor needs
• Deliver a professional and high-touch candidate experience across all initial touchpoints

Requirements

• Results-driven mindset with a focus on hitting recruitment and interview benchmarks
• Prior recruitment experience is NOT required
• Strong, articulate phone presence and comfortable spending significant time talking with candidates
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Hollywood, FL
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage calendar scheduling and interview pipelines
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have

• Prior sales experience is a plus
• Experience with phone-based outreach, customer service, or high-volume call environments
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM tools
